United We Learn is more than a self-published children’s book. It’s a way of life. United We Learn emphasizes the importance of embracing differences and celebrating each individual’s uniqueness. The social and emotional learning (SEL) competencies that are addressed include: social awareness (diversity and inclusion), self-awareness, and relationship skills. United We Learn: Early Reader’s Addition includes easy-to-read text geared towards 1st-2nd grade reading levels that emphasizes the same great story!

United We Learn: Families of Every Kind was released in mid-May of 2026. Created for caring adults to read with children ages 4-9, this book opens meaningful conversations and reminds every child of a powerful truth: connection, belonging, and emotional safety matter. It earned the #1 New Release on Amazon in the Extended Families category! This has become more than a book, but a community where families and children have a place of connection and belonging.

Lisa has collaborated with K-8 educators, Foster The Village, Women Helping Women WINN, and Green Bay Area Mom organization.
